American Vintage clothes have a specific washing treatment giving unique and original colour and shape. The resulting Vintage effect gives an authentic edge to each piece. AMV garments are delicate and their fine gauge quality fabrics require a special care.
It is recommended to wash the garment in accordance with the instructions on the care label. Please click on Care for more information.

Once you placed your order and your payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order, order number, bank payment confirmation number and total amount of your order. Once payment has been confirmed, your order can no longer be amended.

Standard delivery in Metropolitan France
-Standard delivery costs 8€ and takes 2-5 working days.
-Express delivery UPS with a single charge of thirteen 13 euros. It is a 24H delivery approximately for orders confirmed before 14:00, except on weekends and French Bank Holidays. Your parcel is delivered during working hours, between 9:00am and 6:00pm. UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes and Corsica.
Deliveries outside Metropolitan France
With UPS, the Company YONA SARL offers two types of delivery to the following countries: Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Greece, Ireland, Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Finland.

Orders are treated and dispatched the following working day (except during sales and promotions).We are using Colissimo service of La Poste (French postal service) with a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, at the delivery address you indicated: you therefore must fill in the proper details in the corresponding fields. In case of absence, the UPS carrier will leave a slip with plan of date and time range for next delivery. The Customer may call UPS Customer Service to change date and time range should the one indicated on the slip be inconvenient. After 3 non-deliveries, the pending delivery parcel is kept in the nearest UPS office.
You can amend your delivery address while processing an order or from the Customer Area once you have logged in.
On the Coliposte website with the corresponding tracking number given in your Customer Area on page ‘Your orders’.
If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, the postman will leave a non-delivery notice and collection details (post office address and deadline). 10 to 15 days are generally allotted to collect your recorded mail.
In case of non-delivery (no response to non-delivery notice, address not valid…), your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you by email to give you the reasons for non-delivery. We may ask you to confirm delivery address and will resend at your expense.
If you did not receive your parcel or a non-delivery notice after 7 working days, please contact Customer Service by e-mail.
You must request to return your items and request refund within 14 working days of receipt of goods. We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we will not accept goods outside of the time frame and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent. If we sent the wrong item or in case of faulty garments, we will pay for the shipping. Otherwise, all customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.
1. Choose item ‘My orders’ in the ‘Customer Area’ menu. Select items you wish to return on the corresponding order page and write a reason for return.
2. You will receive an ARN under 24 hours.
Please print corresponding return sheet from ‘Products returns’ page in the ‘Customer Area’.
3. Pack parcel with:
* Return sheet for refund and select your refund choice
* Pack items as they were sent to you (original plastic bag and tags)

A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the return in our warehouse.

www.americanvintage-store.com is linked with the CIC secure information interface using the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. American Vintage never have access to your bank details.
Your bank may refuse payment by distant credit card. We advise you to check your payment limit or simply double check the bank details you have given.
