Order preparation and delivery times may be extended (up to 10 days after the order is placed) for any purchases made during the outlet clearance sale "La Braderie" (outlet clearance sale).
You will be automatically informed of the shipment of your order by e-mail or via the order tracking page. You can also track it at any time by signing in to your customer account or by log into a guest session by entering your order number, e-mail address and delivery postcode. Unless you hear otherwise from us, this means that your order is still being processed. Our teams are doing everything they can to make delivery times as short as possible.
We offer various home delivery options. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method and destination country.

Delivery methods
Our priority is to protect you and keep our teams safe.
All orders are being delivered “contact-free”, meaning the delivery person will leave your package on your doorstep.
The carrier will let you know when your package has been delivered, either by ringing the doorbell or sending you an email or text message. When you place your order, please remember to give all the information we will need to deliver right to your home.

Delivery delay
The delivery delay for your orders could be impacted by the restrictions in place in Europe, we cannot guarantee precise delivery delay.
We assure you that all deliveries are being maintained, except in areas under total lockdown.
Upon confirmation, your order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.
Excluding express deliveries :
All express delivery orders confirmed before 2pm (GMT +1, Monday to Thursday) will be prepared and shipped the same day.
An email will be sent to the email address used to order after your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
Orders are shipped from France. American Vintage draws your attention to the possible extension of this delivery time for Hong Kong, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Singapore and Switzerland, since it does not control the time required for customs controls.
Custom fees are taken in charge by American Vintage for deliveries to Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States of America. For other destinations you are invited to contact the carrier and/or the customs authorities for further details on the time limits and fees applied in the event of an inspection.
