Return and Refund Conditions


Not satisfied with your item(s)?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your item(s).

To simplify the process, we now offer a discounted UPS return label, allowing you to quickly send your package back to our warehouse in just a few clicks.

All products must be returned:
In their original packaging;
Without damage, unworn and unwashed, and complete with tags and any related accessories or instruction booklets;
Together with the filled out return slip or withdrawal form.

We reserve the right to refuse your parcel and cancel reimbursement if theses conditions are not met.




Return procedure


1. Create your return ⌵

• Log on to your customer account and consult the ‘My Orders’ section, or access your order tracking (Guest session).
• Click on ‘RETURN AN ITEM’ for the order concerned.
• Select the item(s) you wish to return, reason(s) for return, refund method required and return method.
• Validate your return request.

Confirmation of your return request will be sent to you by email (within 48 working hours at the latest). You can also access your returns at any time from your customer account and consult the ‘My Returns’ section, or access your order tracking (Guest session).


2. Prepare your return parcel ⌵

• Download and print the return slip to enclose with your item(s). We cannot guarantee processing your return without return slip.
• Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging with their label(s) and the return form in an envelope/cardboard adapted to the size of the item(s) being returned.


3. Send your return parcel, you now have several options with the easy returns service

- Receive a return label*

• Download and print your American Vintage return label to stick on your return parcel. Be sure to remove any other labels from your packaging.
• Find a UPS drop off location nearby you.
• Drop off your return parcel within 10 days and don't forget to ask for proof of delivery of your parcel.

*Return label available for returns from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Metropolitan France & Monaco (excluding DROM), Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, subject to validation of the return request by our teams.
Optional service invoiced to the customer and deducted from the total amount of the reimbursement of the item(s) returned (excluding Ambassador, service offered, find out more about the American Vintage Experience and its advantages) on the loyalty programme.
Return label strictly for returning the item(s) selected at the time of the return request.

• Choose the carrier of your choice*(excluding pick up delivery) and stamp your parcel to be returned to the following address:

• Request a receipt and tracking: you are responsible for shipping your parcel.

*We recommend you to ship your return with a tracking number to make sure that your parcel is duly delivered. We cannot be held responsible if your return package is lost before being received by our warehouse.




Refund methods and processing times


Your return will be examined by our team within 14 days*. We will be able to proceed with the refund (depending on the method chosen and the means of payment used at the time of your purchase) once the processing has been indicated as compliant.
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your parcel at our premises, and a second e-mail once the refund has been processed.

It may take 2 to 3 business days for your account to display this information.

*This processing time may be extended in the event of a natural disaster or exceptional health situation beyond our control.




Right of withdrawal


Customers have 14 calendar days from reception of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving a reason therefor or incurring a penalty.

To exercise this right to withdrawal, we kindly invite you to print out the following withdrawal form:

The return must be shipped back within 14 calendar days following the withdrawal day. The return cost remain at the customer’s expense.
