Delivery methods
All orders are being delivered “contact-free”, meaning the delivery person will leave your package on your doorstep.
The carrier will let you know when your package has been delivered, either by ringing the doorbell or sending you an email or text message. When you place your order, please remember to give all the information we will need to deliver right to your home.

Delivery delay
Upon confirmation, your order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.
Excluding express deliveries :
All express delivery orders confirmed before 2pm (GMT +1, Monday to Thursday) will be prepared and shipped the same day.
An email will be sent to the email address used to order after your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
Orders are shipped from France. American Vintage draws your attention to the possible extension of this delivery time for Hong Kong SAR China, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Singapore and Switzerland, since it does not control the time required for customs controls.
Custom fees are taken in charge by American Vintage for deliveries to Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States of America. For other destinations you are invited to contact the carrier and/or the customs authorities for further details on the time limits and fees applied in the event of an inspection.
